Common questions

Is it written by AI?

Yes. An AI service writes each story from your answers, and a synthetic voice reads it aloud.

What happens to my answers?

They are kept on your phone. The words needed to write and read a story are sent to an AI service for that request only. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Use "Start over" in the app, or delete the app. Our server keeps no copy of your content.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Nyla and cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

I bought a subscription but it is not unlocked

Open Nyla, go to the paywall and tap Restore. If that does not work, email us.

Does it promise results?

No. Nyla is a visualisation and reflection tool, not therapy or medical advice.
