By using Nyla you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What Nyla is
Nyla writes stories, intentions and chapters from the information you give it, using AI, and reads them aloud with a synthetic voice. Content is generated for you and may be imperfect, repetitive or not what you expected. It is not written by a person.
Not medical advice, no promises
Nyla is for reflection and visualisation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or financial advice, and it cannot promise any result with money, love, health or anything else. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional or your local emergency or support service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write into Nyla. The stories generated for you are yours to listen to and share for personal, non-commercial use. You give us permission to send your inputs to our service and AI providers solely to produce what you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Using Nyla fairly
Do not use Nyla to create content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful, to attempt to break or overload our service, or to resell or republish the app's content as your own product. Creation limits apply to protect the service.
Subscriptions
Nyla offers an optional paid subscription. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Limits and availability
We work to keep Nyla running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Nyla is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change the app. If we make a material change we will tell you in the app. You can stop using Nyla at any time by deleting it.
